    Sunny and Swavek? I apologize if I got his name wrong. They were amazing, so so nice. sunny was very knowledgeable and informative. She made us feel so warm and welcomed that’s a great quality to have in tourism. my daughter works for delta air lines and we’ve traveled the world and haven’t experienced kindness and warmth like that in a long time. swavek also did amazing with his driving i’m not sure how he managed to drive that very large bus in those little roads for 6+ hours but he did it and we felt so safe and cared for. These two made or time in iceland so remarked the tour was perfect to be able to see so much of beautiful iceland and just a few hours when we come back we will definitely be doing more tours through you. They are the people you should be having in tourism they know how to interact with people and make it memorable. Please convey my thanks to them again and give them a raise they earned it. Read more

    The Pick Up process started the worst trip I ever had. I have traveled in over 50 countries and this was horrible. The driver (a young man from Netherland now living in Iceland since 2020) picked us up. One couple decided to they will not walk to the Stop 6 pickup like EVERYONE ELSE but he would drive to their hotel 17 minutes in the opposite direction. This made these 10 other passengers 18 minutes late for the bus trip and last to arrive. On my bus, there are no seats together. We paid a lot to travel together on this trip. The only seats are in row 3 and a BROKEN seat in the last row. There are 4 young women traveling alone who refused to move. Jessica, the tour guide, did not make them move. This was all created by the pickup driver doing the WRONG thing. So the first solution was for a disabled men to stand in the aisle for the 10 hour trip. Bad solution. Now it is after 10AM. we are over 30 minutes late starting our tour. But we will Learn that time management is not Jessica\'s strong suit. EVERY stop we were given a time to be back but the same family NEVER came back on time. Also this was booked as a small group but was a FULL BUS tour. The company is only interested in getting your money!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Read more

    Before we came to Iceland we reserved 4 tours with Bustraveliceland. Golden Circle, plus tours in Seydisfjordur, Akureyri and Isafjordur. We were very pleased with all the tours we took with your company. We had good guides and very safe drivers. Tours were on time and we\'ll managed. Today we did Dinyandi Falls and the farm from Isafjordur and want to give a 10+ to "TOM"RAGNARSON who was our guide and entertainer for this excursion. All of us enjoyed his commentary as well as his singing. Thank you Tom for making Isafjordur even more memorable. Read more

    Would highly recommend this tour. Our guide Pierre was knowledgeable and accommodating and our driver Raynar was patient and diligent. We saw rugged landscapes, spectacular waterfalls and the glacier lagoon and Diamond beach were other worldy. We also did the Amphibian boat tour and that certainly was worth the add on.
