    Just returned from an absolutely AMAZING tour of Iceland’s South Coast with BusTravel Iceland - truly an unforgettable experience! Our phenomenal guide, Hallur, and his excellent driver partner, Slawek Slawomir, ran the entire day with professionalism, energy, and efficiency. The itinerary was packed with incredible highlights: we began with the Stjórnarfoss waterfall, followed by a magical visit to Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, where we took a boat ride weaving between the floating icebergs. From there, we walked along Diamond Beach, marveling at the glittering glacier fragments washed ashore. We then continued to the charming coastal town of Vík, where we had a brief stop (sadly not long enough to try the famous black crust pizza!). Still, we made time for a peaceful stroll along the Black Sand Beach with the smoothest sand imaginable. The day concluded with a visit to the iconic Seljalandsfoss waterfall, where we had the opportunity to walk BEHIND the powerful cascading water for a unique photo opportunity (completely worth it but bring a rain poncho and water-resistant shoes). Yes, it was a long day—but every moment was worth it. I especially appreciated BusTravel Iceland’s attentiveness to our special seating requests, which made the journey even more comfortable. Hallur kept the group engaged and on time, sharing his knowledge of the region, and Slawek navigated the roads with skill and care. Overall, a FANTASTIC day filled with incredible views and smooth logistics. I’ve already signed up for another BusTravel Iceland tour based on today\'s experience. Highly recommended! Read more

You could feel how much he genuinely wanted us to have the best possible experience and he went above and beyond in every way! He showed us so many magical spots that weren’t even part of the original plan, and somehow still managed to get us back right on time. Pure magic! or just an amazing driver-guide… The day was just spectacular. Landmannalaugar was breathtaking, the waterfalls we saw were out of this world, and even just driving through those landscapes felt like we had left Earth. The F-roads were super fun, and thanks to Siggie’s amazing driving, we always felt completely safe, even on the wildest roads! On top of all that, he shared so many interesting facts about Iceland: its nature, customs, history, people, wildlife, plants… we could’ve listened to him for hours! And he was so funny! He always had a joke ready and made the whole day feel lighthearted and fun. Thank you so much, Siggie, you’re a truly amazing guide and we’ll never forget this incredible day!
