We try to respond as soon as possible but outside of Icelandic business hours in you might experience slight delays.
If you need to make changes to your reservation we'll do our best to accommodate. In most cases the booking can be changed directly as long as there open reservations. Sometimes if the date of travel is very close then a small change fee might be applied.
You can also log into my.bustravel.is and make changes to your booking yourself!
For rescheduling, re-booking and canceling please contact us via e-mail email@example.com and include your booking number.
In case of a cancellation of any tour by BusTravel Iceland (due to unfavorable weather conditions, technical difficulties or else independent of our control), you will be offered to:
BusTravel Iceland reserves the right to cancel a booking when a tour was open to booking but should not have been available. In that case, the customers would be fully refunded if rescheduling is not possible.
All cancellations from customers should be notified via email to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 24 hours prior to pickup time.
