This Super Jeep and snowmobiling adventure offers participants an intimate encounter with some of Iceland’s most celebrated and thrilling natural wonders. Journey in style through the highlights of the Golden Circle, before switching to snowmobiling for an adventure exploring Langjökull glacier.
We begin our journey at Thingvellir National Park, a landmark of immense historical significance in Iceland, renowned as the location of the nation’s earliest parliament established in 930 AD. It´s also a geologist´s fever dream, featuring an enormous fissure in the earth´s surface, marking the location of the continental divide.
From Thingvellir, we traverse the winding roads leading to the globally renowned Geysir Hot Spring area. This is the iconic spring that lent its name to all other erupting hot springs worldwide. Witness several eruptions of Strokkur geyser during our visit here.
Our adventure continues to Gullfoss, often referred to as “the Golden Waterfall”. This powerful waterfall is actually fed by glacial meltwater from the enormous Langjökull glacier to the north. We journey there next. Taking our adventure to the next level, jump aboard your snowmobile as we delve deeper into Iceland’s pristine wilderness with a one-hour snowmobile excursion across Langjökull, the second-largest glacier in Europe.

We collect guests from various locations throughout downtown Reykjavík.
Please wait patiently while we collect all guests. Once everyone is on e board we head east out of the city.
1 GeysirIceland has harnessed geothermal energy for heating and power production. It´s a land heavily shaped by these forces with Geysir Geothermal Field standing as a prime illustration. As you tread along the trail, your senses are instantly awakened by the pungent scent of sulfur. Surrounding you are mud pools and rivlets set amidst a backdrop of enigmatic steam vents and of course erupting geysers.
The main attraction here is the Strokkur Geyser, which spectacularly spouts water every 5 to 10 minutes, reaching heights of up to 20 meters. Not far from it, the once-active Great Geysir lies dormant, its conduit having been obstructed.
2 Langjökull Glacier Snowmobiling AdventureWe’ll journey towards the Langjökull Glacier in a specially equipped Super-Jeep, an adventure unto itself. Once we reach the glacier’s base camp, we’ll equip you with a snowmobile suit, gloves, balaclava, and helmet to prepare for your ride. Before embarking on the one-hour snowmobile adventure, a skilled glacier guide will instruct you on the safe operation of the snowmobile.
We will guide you on an exciting one hour expedition on the glacial ice. The route has been heavily inspected ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
3 Gullfoss WaterfallOur next stop is to Gullfoss, Iceland´s most visited waterfall. These astonishing falls cascade in two stages, the first 11 meters (36 ft) then 21 meters (69 ft), roaring and tumbling down to the canyon, creating a vast mist of spray.
Admire the view from several viewpoints along walking paths in the upper and lower level. Gullfoss’s lies along the Hvítá river, which originates from Iceland’s second-largest glacier, Langjökull.
4 Thingvellir National ParkThingvellir National Park stands as a testament to Iceland’s rich cultural and geological tapestry. Historically, it’s the site where the Vikings founded Alþing, Iceland’s parliament, in 930 AD.
In 2004, Thingvellir was commemorated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Unique to this location is the opportunity it offers visitors to traverse a rift valley situated on the boundary where the Eurasian and North American tectonic plates diverge. This point of separation is known as the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Interestingly, the only visible section of this ridge is in Iceland; the majority lies submerged beneath the ocean and the nearby Silfra fissure.
