    Wonderful tour made even better by Sunny\'s personality/knowledge and Tomic\'s driving. All of the wilderness locations were breathtaking!!!! The Secret Lagoon my be Iceland\'s oldest, but the facilities were top notch - free lockers, plastic bags, and a swimsuit spin-dry machine. If you don\'t want to deal with a towel, they rent them cheap!!! I booked this through Viator and tried this exact review....it wouldn\'t accept it for "profanity"? Definitely recommend this tour and the BusTravel Iceland duo!!!! Read more

    My partner and I booked this tour on the 11/1/25. Loved the tour. The weather was a little gloomy but the sites were beautiful. Our guide, Matt, was great! He is very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot of things about Iceland that we, otherwise, wouldn\'t have known. Communication skills: Superb! The only downside that we have about this tour was that Matt went about a bit too fast. I get it that it was a race against sundown. He could have waited until everybody got down from the bus before moving. Some of us were slower because snow, needed to put on crampons (which are not allowed in buses), etc. Again, no microphones so it seemed that he was only (interested) talking to a small group of ppl from his tour bus. We also did an additional stop, which was to see Icelandic horses. It was not in the itinerary. Although it could be seen as something that Matt went above and beyond what was expected, it also made us wonder if all this rushing was necessary if he had stuck to the original schedule. Ppl who want to see the horses could have booked another tour with THAT in the itinerary. Read more

    We used the Tours to see the Island as there is not really a public transport service but because of the length of day the tours don’t really work this time of year and we were just driving in the dark for hours with a few very short photo opportunities but no time to spend in an area. Our guide was nice but had a very low opinion of her tour party and dwelling a bit too much on how stupid tourists can be around the more risky location on the Island Read more
